The room was perfect and big enough to do my business work in. The breakfast lady was the nicest. I have ever met. The reception crew was very nice.

A Mediocre Hotel for a Mediocre City.
Passing through this sad place to live on my road trip and was planning on waking up at 9am to get out of here. Promptly at 8am, housekeeping barges into my room (mind you I had checked in at midnight the night before). In my groggy state I shooed Denise away and tried to get back to sleep, but my attempt was futile.
Before journeying back down the 5, I tried some of the interesting items in the breakfast room. Slimy sausages and an out of order waffle maker were the highlights for me. Towards the end of my meal a transient came in and served themselves their own plate of slimy sausages, I took that as my cue to leave.
Traveling down to another best western in Sacramento tonight, please wish me luck.

Rooms: Are always clean, and in great shape
Nearby activities: Close to restaurants, Walmart, Costco. And Fred Meyers.
Food & drinks: Food is always great, and the soup. And crackers at night are great

I've stayed at tons of hotels, motels and inns. Of all price ranges. This stay is unquestionably my top hotel experience I've had in all my travels. Friendly, professional, clean AF, updated, beautiful, and impressive are words that come to me first. The hospitality industry should take lessons from The Best Western Plus Prairie Inn, they're doing it all right!

We couldn't find a opening on the app. We drove in and asked. Thank goodness for them, they had a opening. Thank you so much for helping tired travelers. The breakfast is one of the very finest We have eaten at.

Noisy bathroom fan and light. Friendly staff. Quite expensive for a basic room —$270 with taxes, fees and dog charge of $20.

Location was decent (easy off/on to the highway). Front desk and breakfast staff were awesome. Super friendly

The place was off the freeway conveniently located. The furniture was soiled and burn spots on ottoman. Not up to B.W. standards. Alan at the front desk was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Update: reply... I will not be returning to a hotel that values a decent nights sleep as 15% important especially when you saw we were not getting sleep. I was just to exhausted to argue at 4am! Like others have said... Seriously thinking this other feedback is fake. Or maybe it's only because I'm disabled. Either way won't be back now will I suggest to our parents group.
The room was clean. But they gave us a room (201) sharing a wall with the elevator. I've done this before but this one was like the elevator was in our room! We'd just get to sleep then someone would take the elevator and it sounds like heavy machinery trying to crash into our bed. So the manager sees that we've been up all night and offered %15 off. Seriously? I rent a room to SLEEP... Not 15% but 100% sleep! Even called and left 2 messages to negotiate but no callback. We only ever stay at Best Western but I'll never be back to this one. I still feel I am owed a refund of MUCH MORE!

Service was great and very respectful and acknowledging me as a platinum member. Overall, the hotel is very clean and quiet. Breakfast could have been better if the breakfast staff can constantly check food to refill so we didn't have to wait.
