My car got routed here from the corvallis location after a collision with a drunk driver. While the body work is good enough, they did not verify the front driver side headlight was actually functioning. Corvallis location took care of me when I brought the car back in though.

Brought my car into Caliber to get some light body work done on it after I purchased it. They buffed out all the scratches of concern and a little bit of bumper work, so my baby is looking clean and ready to hit the road! Highly recommend this place. This estimate prioritizes cost savings over safety and vehicle integrity. The removal of major structural and safety components without explanation, combined with incomplete rear damage assessment, suggests an inadequate repair that may leave you with an unsafe vehicle. had to make a complaint to state of Oregon, and the DOJ had to take it else were but lucky everything i asked this place to do , and that shop understood, the lack of breakdown. I have told the staff to show me docs and not hear say , I feel this shop owner need to have someone secrets shopper's . because everyone i delt with epic fail. i told the staff the other side was going to do this but again they said we know what to do , this is differently wrong i told they and I'm going to follow up state and DOj , their more bottom line, DONT not use this shop if you do make sure they dont do hearsay have them show you all change order who told them to change it why was it changed , or your be sorry .

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I’ve been lied to several times, told my car would finally be done just to push it off for yet another week 5 separate times! Each time they’d wait until 4:59 just to push off yet another week. While the first two weeks it sat there not being touched and no one called to say they really didn’t have time. I’ve not had my car all summer. I’m not sure I’ll ever get it now.
