I didn’t have access to my online account regardless of numerous phone calls causing automatic payments to take it negative, went in person and they made me pay the total negligence including the overdraft fees before I could access my account again…. Lol

Terrible customer service. After multiple attempts to contact, leaving messages, I have still not received an answer to my question. So many credit unions out there, and I've never had an issue with any (I've had mortgages, loans, and accounts at 4 other CUs) until I took a loan here. Look elsewhere.

After being a member here for almost two years, I can say unequivocably that I do not recommend them to anyone. Even though I opted out of overdraft, they still put a payment through as a "courtesy" and when I told them I did not want that to happen as I had not authorized those payments with the seller, they neglected to tell me about their "courtesy policy" so then it happened again. They will keep you waiting indefinitely for return phone calls which I think is very unprofessional. I also noticed that a debit card purchase I made on Amazon was incorrectly labeled as a bill payment (like a utility bill) and not as a debit purchase and so by their rules it could end up being a courtesy pay instead of going by my opt-out. And instead of fixing it, the "upper management" lady named Angie told me that it was when they rolled out their new system so it was a system error. So taking responsibility for system errors is not their strong suit, nor is fixing errors. They consistently place blame elsewhere and by this time I don't trust them to be my banking institution because who knows what their system will do, but I sure know what they will do- act unprofessional, act like a victim, don't explain to their customers their policies and don't place those policies in plain sight on their website. In fact the policies are not on the website at all. I checked out other area credit unions and their websites and customer service professionals are way more professional as are their websites clear and forthcoming. I'm so glad I found out this is not the place for me before I get my home loan and is definitely not the place for me to keep my $300k inheritance I just got.

Do not use this bank or any of their branches for loans. If you get in a bind they will not help. They count actual days of the month and will report to credit even though your due date hasn't hit. Stay away!!

I love my credit union. Two of my children have opened their own accounts because of my suggestion to use Central Willamette Credit Union. I love the app and the mobile banking feature. They are an excellent Credit Union! Highly suggest using them should you need a better banking experience.
