So far they are terrible, not helpful and take a long time. Would not recommend. Have some things to fix. Locked my login for their app because of auto loan being late during transition to their bank from other financial institution. Will be refinancing through a different credit union.

Tried to stop a payment that I learned was a scam. Cwccu said they can't, the scammer gets his money and I have to wait to dispute it. No wonder there are so many scammers out there, they get paid no matter how hard I try to stop them from getting it.

Changed the app so I can no longer make loan payments thru it with card from another bank, phone assistance is not. Not the CWCCU I signed on with years ago. As soon as I pay off a loan in next couple months, GOOD-BYE.
