My dad just got a kidney transplant and is recovering out of town. So when I got back home I noticed the smell of propane not realizing our tank was empty to our furnace until I tried to turn it on. I gave CoEnergy a call late on Saturday, expecting they were closed and would come on a week day to refill, they answered and sent a nice man from Philomath who not only filled it at 7p that night but helped me get the furnace back up and running before he left! I’m so incredibly grateful for their service. It totally made my night. ❤️????

Yeah folks ...don't do it... called Monday morning to find out when we could get a fill on our 500 gallon tank, after being out of power for nearly a week. The lady said she had no idea... I canceled our account so we could find a closer distributor. Found out they delivered to this community the next day...

They have Mr. Heater model # f299710 for $212. It's all over the Internet at $125. Hard to support a local business when they're charging $100 premium to do business. I asked if everything came in the box that was needed to run it and the three ladies running in the office didn't know they just told me "no". Or maybe they wanted to sell me another 10 ft propane hose with a regulator and a quick release for $140, Mr heater sells it for $45.

We needed to refill some of our propane tanks for the RV and BBQ grill. We had checked various locations and either their tanks were out of service or the prices were ridiculous. We found CoEnergy while driving down the road on our way to search other locations in a nearby town.I'm glad we stopped at this establishment. The employee that refilled our tanks was friendly and helpful. He chatted with my husband for a few minutes while filling the tanks. The price was much more affordable than anywhere else we had checked. We will definitely be back for all of our propane needs.

GREAT SERVICE! The guys are so friendly and easy to talk to. You pay right there. Little to no waiting. My best experience at Propane refilling ever (age 73). This is now my go to place.

Ron and the crew up here took a good fifteen minutes out of his lunch break to ensure we had all our tanks filled up and also allowed us to fill up our RV with water after our long journey. We are very grateful to those two fellas and will come back every time we’re in town! 10/10

Service techs are cheerful and usually very fast to fill tanks at delivery. Making a payment over the phone can be like pulling teeth. They don't bother telling customers that they update the system: the customers have to make a new account online. Online payment system is often down or very slow.

Every time my coenergy propane bill comes in the mail I think “I wonder what they’ve charged me this time”. It seems like I have to call them every month to dispute charges. I rent a home with a gas stove and propane tank which we have never used. Every few months their “computer” decides we used propane and they charge us for it. They are always very nice about removing the charges but why is this happening in the first place? This month I got a finance charge for not paying my bogus charge last month. Time for another call. I always pay the $8.95 tank rental fee by check every month and send an email every month with our tank reading. A few months ago a driver jumped our fence, put some gas in our tank (even though the numbers on the tank didn’t go up) and forged our signature for the delivery. I understand they need access to the tank but WE WERE HOME and saw him do this. I’m not sure what kind of business they are trying to run but once I’m done renting this place I’m hoping to be done with them.
