The people who work here are tremendously helpful and kind and l have had only positive experiences here. They help so many people and l have watched them go the extra mile with folks in need. I am really grateful that they are there.

Will ignore you, ghost you, go out of their way to avoid contacting and helping you. Awful. Unprofessional. Negligent and dangerous for those who are desperately seeking aid.

I've called CSC many times over the years without much luck. A few times they never bothered to even call me back.I found that to be very disappointing. They seemed to be very disorganized as well. They have several programs that I was not told about.I happen to meet a person who informed me that they have other programs that I qualify for and excited about. I give them five stars because the employees have always been very respectful and understanding of my situation and willing to listen to my concerns. I really appreciate that. Now that I know about the other programs I'm feeling very hopeful in future contacts with them.

The lobby is very clean, and the lady at the window is a sweetheart. The staff There are very helpful, and even if you don't meet the criteria for help through their program, they will give you other resource numbers .Or other places in the community that could help or point you in the direction to get you on the path you need .It's most definitely a 5-star experience

Staff is very helpful!! I stopped by to pick up an energy assistance application and left about half hour later having already completed everything I needed to and received my assistance.
