“Tim was very friendly and helpful. Came in with a a broken external hard drive hoping he could recover what was on it. He diagnosed it was an issue with the case and told me exactly what I could buy on Amazon to fix it easily myself. He could’ve easily told me whatever he wanted and charged me a bunch but he was super cool about it. Happy to leave a review for Greta and honest customer service!
