My husband was 4 min late and the receptionist was so rude to him. We will not come back for Optical services at this location.
This is the second time I have had an issue with the staff in the Optical Dept. Very RUDE!

I went in for an annual exam at the optical center. After being farsighted my whole life, he told me my prescription drastically changed for contacts and glasses. One far sighted, and one near sighted. Went to get my glasses lense changed at the optical center, got them back and it was wrong prescription. Went in for a 2nd time, wrong prescription. 3rd time, wrong prescription. 4th time went back in, I kept telling him that everything he had me try on was too magnified, blurry, or both and can't transition between contacts and glasses. Finally went to another doctor that I've been to before. He basically said he gave me the wrong prescription all 4 times and need to be treated for farsightedness.
The optical center is amazing though. Each time I've had a new prescription, they sent it off to change out the lenses with no problems. I've gotten my glasses back in less than a week.

Went for complete Eye exam. Friendly receptionists, clean little room. Doctor was amazing, listens to your concerns. Was very fast and easy eye exam, great price too. Highly recommend.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Costco while trying to purchase glasses. Initially, the staff member informed me that I could not use my insurance without the primary Costco account holder present. Despite returning with the account holder, I was then bizarrely told that I could not use the insurance because the account holder was not my parent. In desperation, I resorted to approaching a stranger who resembled me and claimed she was my mother, just to proceed with the transaction. Furthermore, the same staff member aggressively attempted to sell me an additional Costco membership, ignoring the fact that I was already a member. This entire ordeal was not only absurd but also felt distinctly unwelcoming. I definitely won't be returning for future purchases.

Receptionist is so very rude! We've gone to this location for many years, annually, and nothing ever changes unfortunately. She's so unprofessional and unpleasant it's surprising she's still there. The doctors are decent, some really good, however you still end up leaving exhausted from having to deal with the front lady. There are plenty of people needing work these days, you'd think they could find a kind and caring individual to be the face of their business.

Good place to shop if in a hurry, many items at one location. Good quality and easy return policy. Note that some food items may be less expensive at local large discount grocery stores.

Very disappointed!!! Went to get information about cost of eye exam. The lady behind the desk came across extremely rude. I felt uncomfortable and not welcomed. I took my business elsewhere. You should really talk to the lady at the desk who works at the eye exams.

We had a $300 order and forgot to present our $172 certificate from Costco. We were dismayed because we'd planned on using this for the day's shopping spree at Costco. Free money. We bought alot. We thought we'd see what they could do and reached out to Tia at the customer service desk. She gave us several options, but also indicated she could re-run our order back through the cash register, zero out the balance, and start all over. Tia must've been gone 15". (We bought a ton of stuff). Anyway she was able to get this done, use our gift certificate, and bring our balance down under $100. What was impressive was her kind demeanor and her can do it attitude. We were very grateful as I really didn't want that much on our card. Thank you Tia and the rest of the customer service at Costco. We think you are exemplary. Thank you for making our day!
