Cricket isn't the issue. I was having connectivity issues due to still being on 4G. I got terrible customer service from the associate who suggested another 4G phone to replace the current phone. I didn't realize it until after the fact, because I trusted he was competent enough to know his business. I changed carriers shortly after.

terrible service from weekend staff, completely unhelpful. I don't know why they wouldn't let me get a new phone when i have all my account details its like they didn't want to sell me anything and just leave.

I love cricket been through them for years. I just added my girlfriend to my plan, and got us both new cell phones. The moto g Stylo 5G. Is an absolute amazing phone with great quality

My wife and I went in today to switch to them. I had top level service, even going above and beyond to help us with our old phones to keep our numbers. Super friendly, definitely look forward to going back there
