Expect your prescriptions to be 2-3 days late, no communication with the doctors, and minimum phone hold times of 25+ minutes to get an associate that is exceptionally rude. If they weren’t the only pharmacy that has stock of one of my medicines I’d NEVER return. Go anywhere else.

They’re never open. I’m gonna go into withdrawals because it’s Saturday and they’re not open until Monday. They never answer their phone, etc. I’m switching back to Walmart pharmacy because I’m tired of them being closed every time I’m out of my medications.

Prescriptions are hardly ever on time. They say the text messages are automated from corporate and they don’t account for no weekend hours. When you’re in line waiting, they are slow to acknowledge you are present. I hate going to pick up prescriptions.

Love the pharmacy, don’t love the hours they are open, hate that they send reminder texts to pick up RX when the pharmacy is closed!

Bad customer service from the pharmacist. Makes decisions before fully understanding the situation, power tripping. Bad communication, they do not listen to the customer. Bad hours, closed on the weekends and closed during lunch on week days. Constantly billing old and no longer valid insurance, then they get pissy when confronted about it. Customer service is not a priority.

I needed to post a great review to balance some negative ones here. I moved to the area in early June and transferred prescriptions from another CVS out of state. They handled everything well and so much more efficiently than my previous CVS. Flash forward to today and I still haven’t had a bad experience here. The three staff members I typically see here are all friendly and efficient. Today I needed to check the status of my transferred refills in light of new ones from my new Corvallis doctor. The lady who helped me (should have gotten her name, but she had longish brunette hair, fabulous purple nails, and was working around 10:30 am today) answered all my questions and, when I was going to pay for the two out of the three prescriptions I regularly take, she saw that the third one was due to refill in a few days and was able to expedite it while I shopped (it only took about 15 minutes and was ready when I came back). I will continue to make the drive into Albany to experience good service and efficient text messaging of information, etc. And, I love Target anyway, so no hardship to come into this store especially since there isn’t one in Corvallis. I understand others have had issues here, but I haven’t so far in almost three months of regular use. Besides, you should read the reviews of other pharmacies, particularly in Corvallis. I decided to stick with CVS for a various reasons.

My sister in law was in town and ended up needing a prescription for my niece. CVS was supposed to be open but pharmacist never showed, Target staff totally unaware of their scheduling or how to resolve.
