I have been taking my hybrid Highlander to Dave's since moving to Albany and every service has been fantastic. They are informative, friendly, affordable, and do a wonderful job of telling you what to expect at your next service interval.

The team really went above and beyond to try and help me with my car. I was really impressed by how much they cared about the issue I was having, and their eagerness to try and solve it. Dave*s: Refurbished Toyota Prus vehicles. Bought mine ( a 2014 Toyota Prius C) late Feb. of 2024. 5 months later, can't stop raving about my wonderful car. Dave and the crew are up front, very knowledgeable and have been working on Toyota for over 20 years. Yes, they do more than service and sell Hybrids. They just serviced my Lexus GX and I can say I felt confident knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Do I recommend Dave's Performance Hybrids? You betcha. Will I return for regular maintenance? Absolutely.

I brought my Prius in for some work today, they quoted me about 200$ cheaper than Les Schwab for the same work.
They also brought some other things to my attention in a non-pushy way and allowed me to decided what the best course of action was.
I highly recommend Dave’s and also will be returning for any hybrid related needs in the future.

These guys have expertise I couldn't find anywhere else. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, clearly communicate my options and the costs, perform the work in a timely way, and stand behind the repair. They never once talked down to me or "man-splained", they were very easy to work with, and their costs were more than fair. I will be taking my old Prius to them for everything from here on out. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Anne and I, yesterday, had such a pleasant experience at Dave's Performance Hybrids. Dave and Sam were humans, treating other humans well. They listened, delivered, and treated us fairly, for exceptional service. Isn't this what we all want and expect? The appreciation for our business and great service. We haven't had this at a dealership. They have earned our continued business.

My wife got in an accident and needed a reliable car ASAP. We decided to get a prius v and after looking around we finally found one here but it needed some work. Dave and his crew worked tirelessly to get it ready for us, they even finished it up a day early! I highly recommend them for all of your prius and other hybrid needs!
