Great experience from start to finish with our purchase of LVP. Went to big box stores and other highly rated small business flooring stores in Albany before coming here and I’m so glad we found them. They had the widest variety, by far the best prices on high quality LVP, and non-commissioned sales people that are extremely knowledgeable and helpful (Nick was the man). They even stocked the popular Coretec Cairo Oak flooring in there temp controlled warehouse, so no need to order and wait. Don’t hesitate, go check them out for yourself.

Great experience from purchase to installation. We had LVP installed in the living area and carpet in the bedrooms. The sales staff was friendly and helpful, showing us all of our options and price points. The install crews ( two different installs) were very efficient and courteous. They were very careful to not make a mess going in and out of the house even though the weather was terrible. The whole experience was 5 star and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend

We worked with Keith at Direct Flooring. He was amazing to work with, as well as the installers. They did phenomenal work, were accommodating and made the process run so smooth. I would 100% return and highly recommend!

Nick is the man! Super helpful, totally sweet floors, great pricing, will be doing the rest of the house with them. They installed the flooring in 2 hours. If you choose a different flooring company or go to a larger city like Salem or Portland, you made the wrong choice.

We had Direct Flooring install engineered hardwood in two large areas of our home. They had the type of wood we wanted, the price was reasonable, and the crew was professional and easy to work with. Nick answered all of our questions and there was no pressured sales pitch, and he followed up with excellent quality control to make certain everything met our expectations. We love our floors and are confident we chose the right people to do the job. Highly recommend!

Super nice business...patient, helpful, professional guys. Nick was great. Staff that did install were on time, cleaned up everything, did a great job of installing carpet on 2nd floor of old house going up steep , narrow stairwell. I would use them again...and beat other companies prices.

We chose the Albany, Direct Flooring Center through a recommendation. Upon arrival, we met Nick, one of the project managers and he helped us through the whole process. Nick was professional and courteous. He ensured we articulated our needs and met our expectations. Just a great source of information and amazing customer service. Nick took the measurements the following weekday and we were able to schedule the appointment for installation. The installation team did an awesome job on our flooring and cleaned up so nicely. We needed to install 5/8th sheets of plywood to bring the floor up and Nick was able to be so flexible in the moment. Nick made sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. We had so many options and that was such a plus for us. Having a company who can work with customers and perform a custom job, that’s is becoming harder to find.We were offered excellent prices compared to other company quotes. We highly recommend Albany, Direct Flooring Center! We even bought a remnant carpet on a whim and it was better than we anticipated. Such a wonderful company and Nick Marler, thank you for being such an incredible person. We can’t recommend this company enough.

They recently removed old carpet, replaced with new pad and new carpeting in 3 bedrooms. Professional install including installing new baseboards. Very clean, organized and attention to detail. Would highly recommend them for your next flooring project.

Nick and his team did an awesome job on our carpet installation. They showed up on time and did an amazing job with the install. Even though there was a little hiccup Nick made sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Awesome customer service and very competitive prices.
