Great customer service. Got a gaming pc from them, and they have been very helpful with fixing any issues or troubleshooting something that went wrong with the computer. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Whenever I opened an application it would freeze up and not run showing the air not responding the people at expertech or so knowledgeable and helpful they had it fixed and no time definitely recommend them to anybody I know and anybody I don't know! Office can be a little difficult to locate but you can use Google Maps to find it very clean appearance very professional staff.

We have taken our "failing" computers to Expertech Solutions Three or four times in the last five or six years. EVERY SINGLE TIME, Jacob Johnson has repaired them and sent them back to us, working perfectly! And he does it so fast we've been amazed more than once. There's no one better in the repair business.

I got US mail today that said for free a firm of some sort or another would keep my SS #
secret for a period of time and then would charge me something like $9.99 per month forever to keep
it secret.

Jacob at ExperTech saved my computer from a vicious virus. I was trying to log on to a website where a pop-up would appear asking me for my debit card number, security code, pin number, driver's license, etc...luckily I knew the site I was accessing couldn't possibly need that information for security purposes. So I called Jacob and he got rid of the virus. Thank you!!!
