Went in yesterday afternoon to talk to Sandy and check out the clones. I was told that I had to leave the waiting room to wait outside for my turn which is okay it's covid, however, while I was waiting outside a associate came out side and really in a rude voice ask us what we wanted and when I told her said sorry we don't have that and turned around and left me to stand there. Interview over!!! I will I ever go back even though I think Sandy's awesome her staff is rude and abrupt I never even made it in their store. Sorry Sandy Oregon cannabis loves me and my dogs, check them out!

I LOVE this place! First place I ever bought from in Oregon. They have a rewards program and every week they have a different $50 ounce. The people are really sweet too (I had the girl with the pretty hair colors), which is always a major bonus.

Everyone I have met who works here is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I have only bought cartridges from them . But, they have answered every question I had and were super patient and kind. I didn't feel rushed , and I am pleased with every product I have purchased from them. It's great quality and they back their sales . If there's a problem with a purchase , they will fix it , and that's a key factor in running a good business.

I have purchased a lot products from Going Green Albany for about two years. Mostly, I buy cartridges because they have had some good deals on Fridays. The employees always say to hold onto the receipt in case there is an issue with the cartridge. The most recent cartridge that I purchased has an airflow issue. I had my wife take this cartridge back into them today since I am working. They took it in the back to "Test" it. They then told my wife that we were wrong and that we need to drive home, get all the batteries we use on them, and drive back to have them look at it again. They proceeded to sell my wife another cartridge in the meantime which my wife bought because we would rather just never go there again. They do not value their customers time or hard-earned money. I called them, asked to speak to whoever is in charge, and explained the situation in the hopes that they would make it right by making an effortless exchange of the cartridge on my next visit. She interrupted me, was condescending, and has lost my business forever. I definitely will encourage everyone to enjoy the steeper discounted and superior products of other dispensaries and their better return policies for defective products.
