If zero stars was possible I'd give it . Pharmacist Jerry fairbanks and front desk Sherry rolling eyes and yelling at Senior Citizen who was partially deaf and needed questions answered. Very disappointing. Lack of morals and patience

They doing a good job but are under staffed and sometimes new meds can take days to get filled. They need to stop giving out flu and covid shots to speed things up till they get more help.

The digital coupons have made me decide to never step foot in the Albany store again. They are purposefully vague with the signage in the store, and then when you get to the register, they will not honor the coupons for the items you selected. Today was the last straw. They had soup for $1 a can, and their signs was so vague about quantity limits, made to sound like it was a 6 transaction limit, rather than a 6 item limit in very small print.I get up to the register and am about to pay, and suddenly there is a problem. I ended up just telling them to cancel out all of the soups, and refused to play their game of "maybe he will just buy them al at regular price since he is already at checkout"Never-mind the fact that their digital coupon scheme is nothing more than them harvesting data to sell to advertisers, and that their app is a hot garbage that does not even work half the times I actually tried to use it.Fred Meyer is on the no go list from now on. There is not a single item that I need that I can't get at WinCo for at least the same price or less without playing their stupid app and digital coupon games. Also, let's not forget how the CEO raked in a cool 20,000,000 bonus while they stole employee's hazard pay during Covid. That alone is reason enough to boycott.

Ugh! I'm a major "newb" when it comes to prescriptions and have always sent anything I needed to Fred Meyer. Often they have been out of stock, but i just assumed that was a manufacturing/shipping issue, and all pharmacies had the same troubles.Didn't realize until today how bad their service is!Needed a pain prescription for a sore throat (which is pretty IMMEDIATE, if you've ever dealt with Strep). They were out. Fine, wanted to transfer to Walgreens (who had plenty in stock). After 3 separate phone calls to both Walgreens (who needed Freddie's permission) and Freddie's (who needed to reply to a fax) it was still "not confirmed". This was over about a 2-ish hour time-span (giving I felt everyone time to reply).Ended up having the Dr.'s office call my script in to Walgreens directly and had it in under 30 minutes! Transferring all of my families prescriptions OUT of Fred Meyer, as I now realize that there are way more reliable options available in Albany.

Super rude pharmacy staff.I take a medication for my disorder that’s often out of stock recently, so I’ve had to call around to pharmacies to find where it is in stock, just to get my regular medication. This is already a frustrating experience when I’ve been on the same medication for over a year now, but when talking with the pharmacy staff this afternoon, she was super short and snappy with me, like I was a child and she was my mother, as soon as I named the medication I take.Super uncomfortable experience and definitely felt discriminated against due to the medication I’m prescribed.

We hadn't been to Fred Meyers for a long time and decided this morning to stop and pick up needed produce. We were shocked at how poor their produce section was kept and the quality of the produce was amazingly low. Sad they used to be so good!

The line is always crazy here. Employees are nice enough, but they seem to lack the understanding of using both windows during busy times.

Worst lines i've ever experienced at a grocery store. I come here a lot for Instacart and I end up spending 30+ minutes that I could be making money just sitting in line to check out. There are 10 lanes and i've never seen more than 4 open at once. The few lanes they do have are run by undertrained staff who take years to complete check out and need help every other item. I'm so annoyed and will avoid this Fred Meyers at ALL costs. I asked someone if they could open another lane and she said everyone's on lunch. It's 10:30am on a Saturday i feel like that's the time and day that everyone is trying to do their shopping like why do u not have enough people scheduled. So freaking annoying

Every time I call in for my refill to be filled they give me a time to pick it up. Once that time comes I give it an extra 30 to 40 minutes to make sure its ready. I drive all the way there and it's still not ready for pick up then they look at me like I'm the problem. Get real! I have to sit there wait another 30m to 1h I called yesterday morning to ask them to put in the system for my medication to be refilled early he said 10:30. I just called they said 1:30 now. So I went out my way to call ahead of time just so I have to wait all day when I have other things to do in other places to be. I don't want to drive in circles. While packing three kids around. They have really bad attitudes and there's no team work. The Authority will sit and let their people sink at the front desk and won't help. Garbage!

First, high prices. I shop at Safeway with the knowledge that non-sale prices are high but their specials are good. Had to go to Fred's for my mother-in-law and thought... how bad can it be? Answer: awful. time and again for non-sale things that were around $4 at safeway, were 2 dollars more at Freds. The horseradish was the same price...for 1/2 as much. Bill was $202 without meat or prepared food. The kicker came when I decided to get $20 in cash and had to ok a $.50 charge. I have never, ever, ever been charged that at any grocery or drug store. I will return to Fred's if there is something I can't get elsewhere but otherwise, never ever again.

When on the phone, pharmacy assistants tell their customers what you want to hear, then they don’t carry thru. Is that lying to customers? Yes it is.Lying to customers is unacceptable. Blaming covid is unacceptable.I’m weary of their dismal service month after month and this past week was the last straw for me. I will not purchase prescriptions nor will I purchase their overpriced food and goods while waiting for a prescription I was told HOURS earlier on the phone, would be ready in an hour. Prescriptions are -never- ready when they tell you it will be.
