Fred Meyers 4th Manager in the Albany, Oregon store. A young man named Jessie was very helpful. I was looking for offset umbrella and Jessie took time to check all the stores in the region for this item. Thank you Jessie for great quality customer service.

Me and my wife was at ur store to day and shop their for some food I got me a rider in the store and it was going dead one of ur worker came up time and I told them it was going dead so she got me and another rider to us with in five min that was nice for her to do that and that was good service over for me thank u very much.

Pharmacy has the slowest customer service of any place I have been. There is usually only 1 person working registers

Customer service is sounding very hard like they care trying to care, but don't. Overall very mediocre customer service throughout. Nobody greets you.
Some sound not genuine in caring.
At the end of my interaction Dominic was at the customer service. They looked like they cared. Was super good service too!
Shout outs to Fred at register 11 for dealing with me twice in two days!

I really like this store. It is on the more expensive side compared to winco or Walmart that carries similar or same brands. They remodeled store and it is taking some time to find everything again. I also use the pharmacy and jewelry store both of which I love. It has clothes, shoes, outdoor stuff and much more! One stop shopping for sure!

I just tried to send money using Western Union and they refused to send money saying that I was being scammed when I know the person for over a year and see them not a scam. Then they asked me to leave and kick me out of the store. I shop at that Fred Meyer's every week with my Caregiver. no more they treated me like I was retarded they talk to me very rudely. I asked to speak to another manager and she said I am a manager. Then she got the other manager and the other manager didn't listen to me at all just asked me to leave over and over again why I'm leaving the store but I'll walk slow because I'm disabled. Then it shot my heat rate to 170 Because of being disrespected it went down to 140 after hr i took a photo
