Great friendly staff who are always ready and willing to help with your next dyi project for home needs. They will even walk with you show you what you need and talk over even how to do it. The delivery is awesome I order flooring for apartments I’m turning over and it was supposed to get here oct 4 and it came today. Also it said from 2-6 and I got it at 12. Driver and hiss assistant were super cool and even dropped it off right at the front door couldn’t give more praise me to the whole company.

If you can find someone to help than they are very helpful but that’s not always possible we wandered around for 15 to 20 minutes and asked for help they said they would send someone so we waited and waited but no one showed up so after waiting another 20 minutes we just left and went to a different hardware store

Horrible delivery service!!!! Rude customer service reps that can't answer any questions. I have been waiting for our delivery well over 4 hours from the estimated time. They flagged it as missed delivery when we have been here the entire time. They said that they couldn't cross the bridge when they could have gone around our rd to the hwy. Now we are still waiting and nobody knows why. THIS IS TERRIBLE BUSINESS. When I called back 3 hours after my last update the employee was scoffing and acted annoyed that I was calling again for help. I will NEVER order from them again. What horrible horrible service!!! Put me on hold for over 20 minutes without ever checking in. These employees need training on customer service. When there is 1K appliance on the line fully paid for, I expect answers!!! Now they ate saying it won't be until next week!!!!!!! A family of 5 who lives no where near a laundry mat and they ate screwing us!!!!!

We purchased a Samsung front loader dryer and had it delivered. Bought an extended warranty as well. When it was delivered a week later there was a deep scratch and they offered a 20% discount to keep it “as is.” We were out of town for 2 days after delivery and decided to keep it. We hooked it up when we returned and the dryer is making a rubbing noise and started to smoke. After playing phone tree between Home Depot and Sumsung, we have been advised that they absolutely will not replace the dryer and will send someone out to look at it. They are also removing the discount. We are now out almost $1000 and do not have a working dryer. I told them I would bring it to them and they refused. We got a fire hazard and they got our money but will get someone out to see if it can be worked on. I would definitely pay more to shop somewhere else!

The worst help I have ever had .no help loading at all asked for help several times waited over 40 minutes with no help. Very lazy !

It's just not the same Home Depot it started being.. no personal help with products, not enough professionals. But I still go and buy the things I need or can't order on line
