I have been coming to you for several years now. I have always gotten an operator that know what she was doing. My hair always looks so good when they get done cutting it. I have short hair and I would like to say they do a really good job. Also the young ladies are very kind and work very professional.

I got my hair done today here and am not happy with how my hair looks. I came in asking for a trim got 1 1/2 inches off and layers but ended up leaving with very uneven choppy hair. Do not come here

If it was possible to give a zero I would. My hair was all the way down to the top of my Pant line and when I asked for a trim.And some layers, they destroyed my hair so bad that to get it fixed.I had to have it cut shoulder length.

I've always taken my 3 year old son who has autism to get his hair cut here. We've had a different person do his hair every time, and they have always been so patient with him. It means a lot to me as a parent to not have to stress about him having sensory overload.

The lady name is Espen, I showed her a picture of my hair on my phone that I want a short hair and same as book of men hair style that look alike but then while I looked at Espen and she seem like nervous and doesn’t want doing mistake with my hair. So then she searched on her phone and look for good haircut style that make her easier that way without mess up, But sadly turned out that she did messed up my hair. Everyone looked at my hair that totally embarrassed me out of the public. My both sides of my hair are not the same. I wanted to go back and have a different lady to fix it without cost. I do not want to force myself shave it off like bald. I don’t want to wait longer to grow. It’s still show my hair that is messed up. But today 7/14/25 her name is Nikole, She did fixed my hair and now I am happy and that how I wanted! She doing great job for my hair. I don’t have to pay anything to fix my hair.

I went to get my haircut after work feeling a little grungy, hoping no one would mind or notice. Thankfully, Aurora was my stylist and she was very kind. She was attentive and asked a lot of questions about my preferences. We got to talking about work and hobbies and before I knew it, my haircut was done! I'm very happy with the look and so is my partner. I don't think I'll wait another 3 months before I come back. Thank you Great Clips and thank you Aurora!

Ricky has done my children's hair, they have thick and pretty wavy hair. He does it perfect every time, my girls are always super happy with the way it looks. Today Kassi did my hair and took it from shoulder length with lots of damage from bleaching to a super cute pixie. She was also super gentle, I almost fell asleep in my chair from how relaxed I was, in fact I may have dozed at some point 😂 I feel totally refreshed.

Cassie did a phenomenal job on my wash and cut today! She made sure that it wasn’t crooked or messed up in anyway.
