I would like to say thank you to both the store managers and employee Garrett who allowed me to fix my truck in their parking lot after my lower ball joint decided to shred itself. I would also like to say that without Garrett's knowledgeable help, and his willingness to block off part of the parking lot with his truck to ensure that I wouldn't have gotten rear-ended or ran over while working on my truck. Otherwise my truck would have been there until some point where it could get towed this weekend.
And every time I come into the store it has always been a enjoyable amount of spent time away from home. Thank you all again.

Always friendly staff here at the Albany location. Had a good sale going so I had to stop by and see what they had to offer. As always walked out with a bag of stuff I didn’t know I needed till I went in . But very clean and organized the store was. Glad I stopped in.

Starting to get cheaper for the same thing at other places. My last electric wrench by Hercules lasted 2 months and my Bauer Hammer drill broke the second Time I got it out due use. Any potential savings of all my purchases is void with a 180 ish loss.clearance open box items cost more than current sale prices. But staff is awesome and friendly, always clean in the whole store including the bathroom. Rarely see things out of place and can usually be guided to what I'm looking for. The 3 ladies that have been there awhile are some of the best customer service reps and the manager is always super friendly Even when o others didn't look to deserve it. Would have been 5 stars but I go there for the best price and if the best suggested buy that cost the same as name brand and fails it's more than frustrating.

Not a great review. I was followed thru the store by 4 people. I was helped by 1 nice gentleman that was stocking. I'm from Kansas City. I'm in the middle of a large restoration project. I spend on average of $200 wkly on tools and supplies from your store. I have drills, saws, ratchets, etc. I'm a single female that doesn't have a male to do the projects so I spend countless hours researching supplies. Most I need, most I want. Then I will purchase that huge rolling tool box. From you or someone else. I deserve fairness.
