If I could give it zero stars I would. Had an appointment made with the only person scheduled to be working that day. From what I was told when making the appointment, it was the only one on the books dor that day. Arrived at the H&R Block on Pacific Blv in Albany Oregon to find it dark and locked up tight. They were supposed to be open until 6pm said the appointment setter or 7pm said the Medford area phone attendant. So I'm not sure if this person that was clearly not at work ever even came in to work that day. Maybe she just figured heck it's never busy this time of year and no one will notice I'll just say I was there all day and still get paid for not going in. Maybe she had an emergency and had to go. I do not know, because there was no supervisor or manager available to speak with about it. What I do know is that a judge required the paperwork I needed from H&R Block by a specific date, and that's why I made the appointment for when I did. Because this person was not there I had to seek alternate methods of getting what I needed, and am hoping what I got will suffice. I also know that it took me $40 in gas to get there and I barely made it home, for no reason at all. I would have rather used that money for other things I need but instead it was wasted on a trip 2 towns away for an appointment that was screwed off without so much as a phone call to cancel or try to reschedule. Needless to say this was all a very large disappointment.

I Don't not go to that office anymore. The epic failure in the company. Is horrible . They messed up my taxes for the pasted few year I asked them honor and fix their mistakes. Ann the Manger who I thought would fix this was told she would lose her job she hung up and told me good bye Don't call again or your be arrested. Her pos Manger from Lebanon oregon is a job we got her on video recording. Tell us they messes up and told me it's my fault for picking hrs block . Don't use Colonie or dorlee your taxes will be in danger . The company only care about a quick buck . I have used hr block from the age of 18till last year when they lie and I have all it proof the irs sent back my so called Master tax pro . Never filed the return or anything as they told me . Shame on them . To add insult the office got hacked in Layton ut and our information got used. Don't use this office buyer be wear . Your be sorry . I'm tell you.

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Barber who was an absolute angel! My husband had a difficult tax return and we had to bring in our little ones and she was absolutely amazing at keeping them entertained with mundane tax stuff that they thought was just the coolest! More importantly we got approved for a way bigger refund than expected so 5 star experience for sure!!!

Pam was prepared when I walked in. She had all the extensive paperwork and walked me though it all explaining what each important entry was and answering the couple of questions I had, Pam is extremely professional and knowledgeable. You are lucky to have her on your team!

Pam, my tax preparer was very knowledgeable in her field. She was very friendly, and did a quick thorough job. Explaining everything well, and she made sure I understood everything as we were going through it.
It was easy to reschedule my appointment and I had no problems. The price was a bit high, just like everything else nowadays ? overall it was a good experience.
