Nice enough people and quite responsive to calls, but I would definitely say they benefit from being the chosen tower for OSP. My stolen bike was towed here before the cops realized it was stolen...440 dollars for the tow and 150 dollars for the "three days" it was there which was 44.5 hours total. But they did help load the bike and we're upfront about what they needed from me to get my vehicle out. All that to say nice enough people, but maybe not the most friendly to your wallet.Service: Motorcycle towing

I live in Corvallis, and was broken down in Florence, needing a motorcycle tow. Dan was respectful and honest about costs, and gave me several different thoughts on how I might get home is a less costly way. He even called me back to check on me a couple times, and offered a few more suggestions. Ultimately I didn't need a tow, but if I ever do, Hwy 34 towing will get my business, since Dan helped me figure out of a difficult situation -- at no cost to me, and no earnings for him, except my respect and gratitude.

Very disrespectful, not friendly at all, there service is absolute garbage. I would rather leave my car on the side of the road than deal with these guys.

HORRIBLE service! Unreliable. Unprofessional. Poor quality work. Poor value. Dan is very rude and unprofessional when talking to women. He talks to them as if they don't know anything about cars. He rushes people off the phone when talking to him about an issue with your vehicle. He's poor at communication. Definitely go somewhere else! DO NOT trust these guys!

Absolutely horrible! Brought our car in to get fixed, and it literally came back in worse condition (in addition to the original problem not fixed). But the owner said to bring it back in and they'd fix it right AND resolve the new issue they'd caused at no cost...but when we return to pick it up, he won't give up the car without paying him for HIS mistake. Don't trust this company!

This is a cover buisness for something else clearly you go in to buy parts from the wrecking yard and they refuse to sell you any ???? The man answering the phone is about the rudest individual you'll ever talk too and very unprofessional

I owe HWY 34 Towing & Repair the biggest "Thank You" for their unmatched customer service and genuine kindness when I was in desperate need of their help. I was on my way to Portland from Eugene when I got a flat tire on the freeway. It was pouring rain. I was alone, scared, unfamiliar with the area I was in, and nowhere near anyone I knew who could help. I Googled the nearest towing company and called HWY 34 Towing. I explained to the man on the other end of the phone that I was a clueless young girl and needed help with my flat tire. After figuring out where I was, the man on the other line told me they would have someone to help me within minutes. Sure enough, a couple minutes later, a man and his wife rolled up next to me in an SUV... Confused (because it wasn't a tow truck), I explained the situation to the man and he used tools he brought with him to help me put my spare tire on. After a few minutes of conversation, I learned that the man was actually the owner of the company and the woman was his wife. Being that he was the owner, he explained that he is usually never the one to come out and change tires for customers, but because he and his wife lived one exit away from where I was, he decided he would just come do it himself to save me time and money. After talking some more, he told me about his young daughter (about my age) and how they, as parents, didn't want me to be out there longer than I needed to be without any help and no one else around. When the spare was on and it came time for me to pay the man, he refused any kind of compensation for the work he had done for me and I was completely taken aback. He explained that he "did not come change my tire for the money", but that he "wanted me back on the road safely as soon as possible." It has been a couple weeks and I am still so emotional about how kind this man and his wife were to me when I needed their help. I highly recommend HWY 34 Towing & Repair for anyone who is in need of service. They are a class act and owned by the sweetest people. Thank you, HWY 34 Towing!
