The manager made me feel bad because I had a coupon. Also the female that was there that day was rude and seemed to hate her job. The wait was also longer than it should have been. No exaggeration was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a lube shop. I wanted to point out that the black guy was really nice and he was good. He was kind of their saving grace.

They stripped out my oil drain plug and they put a temporary fix on it I will be suing you for0 a new oil pan will never use0 your service again

I had a leak in one of my tires and it was fixed very quickly. I enjoyed popcorn and cooking shows while waiting. All my tires were checked and I was treated very well. The young man did answer all my questions.
