I lived here for 5 years. Paid a $1400 deposit. When moving out the place was very clean. We just missed just the shower, due to the water company turning off the water a day early. The place was super clean and they charged us over $900 for a cleaning fee. We actually owed them miney after moving out. I would not recommend renting from them.

I live here, but people need to stop biotching and stop calling the office on people you want to start crap with, which isnt true! Otherwise it's okay.

Unprofessional, to say the least, we've had 3 new "property managers in the years we've lived here and have had nothing but issues since before we moved in. They took well past our initial deadline to move in waiting until I was 40 weeks pregnant before they finished their work on the house and I could sign the paperwork to move, I was told by the original that they did the bare minimum as to get us in sooner, since moving in any time I have requested maintenance since these new "property managers" took over we have had noting but push back and rude remarks towards us. We pay to live here. We shouldn't have to worry about our children being harmed playing in/ on our own yard and deck. The lack of responses to messages or phone call messages isn't okay it's very unprofessional. They have upped our rent but yet won't do the work to keep the property safe and hospitable. I have contacted management, keeping every correspondence and record. They charged us 3 times the deposit, maxing it out, we paid quite a lot to move in here and are still continuing to pay quite a lot to still live here. They keep updating us on their business achievements, and all the properties and buildings they're building yet aren't completing our maintenance requests. They say they are a company that prides their selves on their customer service. I have yet to see that first hand. If you are a person who has service needs and children do not rent from this company they will take every penny you have and still demand more and blame you for issues that were talked about before paperwork was even signed. Never thought I'd miss our original property manager, but here we are with these rude new ones. SMH. We will continue to live here until we find better accommodations.

Properties are some what outdated and overpriced. Even then I never really minded but with that being said while you live there or after and you have any questions don’t feel free to call. You will be met with attitudes of you being inconvenient. I simply had a question. Was met with a few questions that I did not have a problem answering them and was met with “what do you want me to do about it?”. Terribly rude attitude. Did not care if what I asked for was not able to be met, I was just put off with the attitude. Very unprofessional.

I was evicted after the maintenance people lied and their inspection proved it, but nope I had to go. They said it was because my house stunk.
