Taylor is absolutely amazing!!! She did a really wonderful job on my hair, adding layers. My son's hair was definitely more of a challenge as he had a lot of damage and his hair has been getting cut by me(I'm no good). He had a lot of fear about going in for a cut due to a truly terrible experience years ago. She did better than I thought possible on his hair and has really helped boost his confidence in both how his hair looks as well as going in to get it cut. Thank you so much Taylor! You are a very talented young woman!!!

UPDATE…. See how this business didn’t respond at all. That’s a clear indication they don’t care about any of their customers! Thank you for proving me right about my review.
I always wait a few days after I get my hair done before I do a review because it’s not always apparent how it actually turned out.
I’m super disappointed with the service I got! I went in for all over highlights specifically telling the stylist I wanted my hair super light, back to back foils. She seemed like she know what she was doing and claimed to have many years of experience. For the amount of time I sat there, I should have much lighter hair! And at first when she rinsed it and took me back to the chair to dry it BEFORE putting on the toner which was a first time that’s ever been done which I thought was strange but ok, my hair looked very light. Then after the toner it got dark and now it looks exactly like it did when I first went there🤦♀️ so I sat in a chair for about 5 hours for nothing oh but wait there’s more!
When I first came in I told her about what happened the last time I got my hair done and how that stylist deliberately cut my hair short. So what does this stylist do? She cuts my hair shorter! Not only that, but I explicitly told her I only wanted my hair angled longer in the front because of my face being sensitive to my hair and what does she do but cut my angled longer hair in the front so it’s angled the wrong way now!!!!!!
I would never recommend her or this place. I told her exactly what I wanted and she, like most stylists, did what SHE wanted regardless of me being the one who had to endure that and pay for it🤷♀️🤔🥲
From now on I’ll do my own dammed hair! There’s plenty of videos I can learn from and I’ll have a much better outcome💯
These stylists who do this should have their licensing taken away period. They seem to enjoy creating misery instead of joy and I don’t understand it at all.
The pictures I added are of my hair before which is the picture to the right vs taken today. No change!
In the past for the time I day on that chair, I’ve gone from darker to platinum with no issues!!!! I feel she didn’t want to lighten me up because she wants me to come back again so she did it purposely to try to make more money and that ain’t happening!
Just look at my profile picture above lol that only took 3.5 hours and my hair was much longer when I had it done!

I took a chance on a new salon because I was rarely happy with the way my hair was turning out elsewhere. I am so glad I did. Shawnee is fantastic! She takes the time to listen to what my concerns and hair goals are AND she provides insight to the best way to achieve those goals. This is perfect since the vision in my head doesn't always match my hair type. The result has been phenomenal! I went from longish, wavy hair that made me feel frumpy to a super short, sassy hairdo and I love it!

Shawnee has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now, and I couldn’t be happier! Every haircut is perfect, and she always knows exactly how to make it look just right. Her attention to detail and consistency are unmatched. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!

First time visiting this salon and my experience was great! Managed to snag a last minute appointment the day before I was driving through town. Shawnee was so wonderful! This is the first hair appointment where I didn’t have pictures of what I wanted when I showed up, and yet I still got EXACTLY what I had in mind. I am so happy with my hair and had a great conversation!

I think for a spa, the owner has a serious lack of caring what is stocked for the clients. i.e. the waiting rooms have nothing from her, the showers have no soaps etc, there is no way to actually tell if the Sauna is in Use... and if it is, no way to avoid being seen thru the restrooms. which you have to walk thru to get to any of the massage rooms...

I've been seeing Drew for over 3 years and I have always loved his skill and creativity with my hair. Every cut has suited me perfectly. I followed him from his last salon and have proudly referred my friends to him. Level 3 seems like such a great fit for Drew and I love coming to his new space.

I don’t know where to begin with this review without making it super long. This was my first experience at this salon. Recommended to me by a friend. When I first arrived the hours posted said 10AM however I did find out that each service provider will go in at their own times as they are independent. So the receptionist is not there until 10AM. But you will be able to walk in.
I was greeted by a kind woman in the nail station. And she asked who I was seeing. I decided to try the body polish with Katelyn Pittman. I waited a few minutes and she came up the stairs and introduced herself and shook my hand. She was informative and explained the entire service what products she would be using and benefits.
She took her time on each section of my body and even did my feet! There is a shower after the salt scrub. And then she went back over my body again with an oil that made me smell amazing. I felt like I had four massages.
Next, I met Mary Kate for two waxes. She was incredible and friendly. We chatted the entire time like she wasn’t even waxing me. I felt so comfortable. Her energy is unmatched,( not that fake feel) she gave me some great information about how to care for my skin better. It was the perfect service.
I would highly recommend both of these ladies after this experience today. I will be back again. They both take their time, know when to engage with clients and when not too. I can tell they both care about making it a perfect relaxing experience. I feel they went above and beyond. Thank you!

This salon is a hidden gem! Everyone is so knowledgeable about their aspects/aesthetic When it comes to hair/nails/massage.
The staff makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in, and they see to it you’re made comfortable and leave feeling glowing & relaxed!
