Good selection and all that, they just don't have any employees that are very knowledgeable in construction so it's difficult to get the help you need sometimes. If they would hire a contractor or someone who's worked as a contractor for years and knows a ton, pay the guy the $45/hr plus benefits that he's worth and he will make your store the number one Lowe's in the state. Contractors want to talk to people who know what they're talking about. Takes someone who's worked in the industry. And not a noob, but a guy with 20+ years of experience. I've got all the experience and know all the funny tricks contractors and people will play with returns, I know all the products, the good and the bad, how to do any project from the foundation to the roof and everything between. If Lowe's would pay me what I want then I'd turn their store into the busiest hardware store around. Jerry's would have serious competition but at this rate, most contractors will continue to shop at Jerry's. They get the help they need and Jerry's has a full lumber yard too. But if Lowe's stepped it up with their employee selection I think they would find more repeat business and before you know it the word gets around that Lowe's has guys that know their shit and people will start shopping there more often.

The employees are so helpful and kind.
There are two men. Both named Ben who worked hard to get the heavy products I needed and loaded the car when I wasn't able to do it. Erma, the cashier was so helpful to locate what I needed right from her computer since my knee injury prevented me from walking thru the huge store. Thank you so much!

We went to Home Depot. The sales person said 4-5 days for delivery. That would make about 6 days without a fridge.
We came to Lowe's. The sales woman was quickly helpful and delivery would be next day. Sold!
Javier and Leo were the transport and delivery staff. They delivered early in the time estimate, as we were the sixth delivery of the morning. They were considerate and professional.
This was a 10 out of 10 experience. Many thanks to Lowe's staff for EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!

I’ve been to this location numerous times recently and find it a pleasant experience. They have a good selection of items, store has a nice & clean atmosphere and all the employees I’ve encountered were friendly.

This place is bad the lady’s at customer service are bad they don’t help and I ask if they could call some one and she didn’t it was a Mexican woman and a American woman who has her hair long.

I always enjoy the garden center but not so much the prices. Lowe's is always on the spendier side of everything they sell, I make sure to shop around before purchasing anything from Lowe's because generally I can find it cheaper elsewhere. What keeps me coming back is the wide selection of plants in the garden center and also they have a pretty good house plant section inside.

Why close the pro doors at 6pm when you close at 10pm. Real happy I had to push 20 80lbs bags of concrete a 1/2 mile because of some locked doors. Do better lowes.

The people were knowledgeable, they weren't judgemental about my kids being obnoxious and they helped. I just got a feeling that we were more a bother then buyers. I dunno.

We ordered a washer and dryer set from Lowes in Albany. The men that delivered them spoke English and Spanish. I let them know that they could go through the garage to get to the laundry room. The laundry room door was shut in the house, so I couldn't see how they were being set up. I went through the garage to see how things were going and noticed that they had them in opposite to how they were supposed to be. The washer hookups are on the left and dryer vent is on the right. So, I asked the guy if he could switch them. He looked really annoyed and said "OK." Then, proceeds to speak Spanish via an earpiece, to his coworker who was waiting in the truck, basically saying "This bleep (Cabròn) wants me to move them!" He clearly didn't realize that I understood what he said and I was shocked so didn't really know what to say. It took him 2 minutes to move them and when he was done, I apologize for the inconvenienc, in Spanish, which I don't think he was expecting. At this time, his coworker gets out of the truck and asks if I can give them a 10 on the receipt survey! Wow! Just WOW!

I just had heart surgery last month and I needed a handicap cart and asked for one but last week and today Desiree said she would get one for me but instead stood for 10/15 minutes laughing and joking with other people while I waited. The weather stripping i purchased last week walking until I was dizzy was old and brittle so I needed to replace it and was told the package was open so I couldn't get a replacement only buy a different package. Never again. I'm not spending time and my money at this place. Done

All I can say is no no not this place go anywhere else but here no customer assistance barely any employees at least they act that way but there's people everywhere doing nothing get on the phone and tell you or something's up I can't walk you to it this place is pathetic and these people shouldn't have this many people working here that's why things cost so much
