“I recently purchased a new mattress from Mattress World Northwest Heritage Plaza and worked with Christina Johnson. She is so knowledgeable about choosing a mattress it really helped me understand what I needed to check out in order to make a good decision. Not the case with all the other places I had shopped. The mattress was delivered by Francisco and Bernardo who were also great. While I understand it is their job, they had a very tough delivery to make since I live on a hill and were not able to get close, so had to hand carry an extremely heavy mattress not only up a full flight of stairs but up and down the hill as well, not an easy task to remove the old mattress too. So thank you again to all of you for your extra effort.”

“We went into Rifes in Albany Oregon to look at furniture after we had been several other places to get an idea of what to expect on prices on a couch. Nathan Schreiter came over and introduced himself and asked if he could help. We explained the situation and he showed us what they had and explained the difference in warranties and what to look for in quality products, and then he went back to the other side of the room and said come look him up if we had any more questions. He left us alone to look and make an educated decision without bothering us. This is not what we usually experience from most salesmen and he is the reason we came back to buy a Stanton sofa. He knows his products. I don't like high pressure sales people and if you don't either, then go see Nathan Schreiter. He will treat you fair and with respect.”

“Helpful staff and what looks to be good quality furniture.I've never been one for the mark it up double and then take 50% off sales tactics, but that seems to be what they do here. If you know that going in, it's not a big deal.I liked their selection of goods and they have an extensive catalog to order from as well.I would have preferred straight pricing rather than the jack it up and then give me a discount way of doing business, but I guess that says how much you like to haggle.Overall I received excellent help, and then either product line very well. Certainly somewhere I would go back to if I was in the market for these type of furniture that they carried.”

Paul did not stray me wrong in the sofa he recommended ( i have 4 dogs and needed comfort and sturdy) so 2 years later when I needed a new rocking recliner I went back and he remembered me! I love my new recliner too. The other gentleman that helped was great too.”
