“I truly appreciate Donna in the office. She has always been firm but compassionate no matter what I was going through I felt heard even if her answer was no she took the time to listen. I have had zero trouble with my unit and there were times I was in and out 5 times a day doing things. And times I didn’t go by for a while and I never had trouble at the facility. She always makes sure no body is hanging out side the facility so I never felt unsafe while I was there.”
“Over the years I've had experience with many storage units. I have to say this has been the best unit I have ever had Bridget is and her husband are right there to help you with whatever you need. And I could not ask for better service from it's a team. I have rented for about 2 years now. And I needed an extra unit for emergency purposes. And they were able to come up with one very close to my other one. So they went out of their way. You can't bake this place for storage facility. God bless you people”
