Michael at North Albany Storage has been such a huge help to my business. He’s always proactive about accepting freight deliveries, making the whole process smooth and efficient, which has really supported our growth in this region. He goes above and beyond — guiding drivers directly to our unit, keeping everything secure and locked, and even calling me with updates or to let me know when the unit is starting to fill up. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and reliable. Great guy, great service, and a great business overall. Highly recommend!

Today my wife and I had contacted and visited the facility looking to find a place to store our 39 foot RV for a short period of time. I spoke with and we met Micheal. Although we were not able to find a space due to the size of our RV and availability at this time, Micheal was very helpful showing us around and suggesting a few options. Micheal was both friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable. He is a valuable asset to this business.

Very friendly and helpful. Very fast account setup and access to unit. I especially appreciate the level of security and the broad access windows that are open 7 days/week, with the office being staffed each day.
