The owners and staff are very nice, friendly, helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable. They are not there to pressure customers or sell the most expensive setup, instead providing transparent solutions. However, they do not replace broken or bad products after purchase, so customers should taste their vape at the store to check for any bad or rotten taste.
