I love old navy! They have a great plus size selection for women in everything imaginable, but be prepared to spend a pretty penny... Their in-store sizes could be better, but all sizes are available online. Thank you old navy for allowing me to wear cute clothes

$18 for 3 pairs of socks is wrong. Everything is cluttered. This was a nightmare for my sensory issues.

We found a series of girls jackets on a rack with sale signs everywhere. The 1 my with found for our granddaughter was on thec1 bar on the rack without a sign. Other than color everything else was the same. When we got to check out we found out the store sale signs are specific to bar they are attached to and each bar has different price. The one without a sign is full price. Sale is extremely deceptive and frustrating to the point we put everything back and will not be going back.

Very friendly staff, and out of all the clothing stores in Albany Old Navy seems to be my 8yo son favorite because of the comfort of the clothing.

The girl who attended me was racist, it was today Monday March 6/2023. around 10:30am.
she treated me as if I were stupid and of course I'm not, I'm a frequent customer of that store and I don't accept this type of behavior.

On my most recent shopping experience at this Old Navy, the store was very clean, organized and well layed out; but not one employee greeted myself or my family to acknowledge us to see if we needed help finding anything in the store.
