Would have been stranded 5 hours from if it weren't for Gavin. Extremely helpful and even found us a cheap mobile mechanic. This young man deserves a promotion and/or a raise.

I dealt with manager Jeff at albany oregon store.
not only did he give fair price on new battery, he put it in for me at no chg and checked my oil for me!! I would definitely recommend these guys and especially jeff!

They were very helpful and informative about helping me with my truck. Came out and tested my battery and alternator free of charge while also giving me knowledge about a possible starter issue. Was able to replace my alternator and starter. Brought back my used alternator, which had a lifetime warranty. Above and beyond the best place to get what you need for an auto parts store!

I do quite a bit of a business at this place because well it's O'Reilly's but what's up with the new manager several people have quit I've asked people nobody wants to work for him he seems to run short staff and make everybody very frustrated after the management staff switch here this place seems to be going downhill very quickly somebody do something fast!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a battery in April, 2022 and is still under warranty and no longer holds a charge. Clerk refused to even look at it and told me no on a replacement.
