They illegally fire people while still employing James who’s high on Meth while operating machinery. When it’s reported that James isn’t training people properly Justin fires you. I’m not the employee they fired but unknown to them I still have family members working there. Their “trainer” James has been seen more than once standing under a part heavy enough to kill him without a hard hat or any other safety equipment but looked the other way, when it’s reported that your trainer is training you a way that goes against company policy the company does NOT properly retrain the employee. OHSA as well as BOLI are going to have a field day.

Would like them to do a better job on there maintenance work regarding the leaf's outdoor, they pile them up in the Street and they blow onto the business across the street, would be kind to pick them up first, we work hard to keep our property clean and it takes a lot of work thanks .

I enjoy working at PCT! The company makes many efforts to connect with employees and create a comfortable work environment. While we are facing the same struggles as everyone coming out of the global shutdown, bringing in quality talent has been a priority among with a heavy focus on improving our training for new hires. The company also evaluates employee pay continually to measure competitiveness and fair pay. There are dozens of employees who have decades of individual experience here and they make a great team to work beside.

Employees produce excellent products for their customers and managment means well. Meanwhile this company rides a fineline between shareholder interests and customer service. Its at the bottom end of its chasm and needs an entirly new approach with new people to become innovative again. That being said, I dont hate it.
