“I have been in the property management business a long time. And came back to the industry in 2018. I have worked with multiple Sherwin stores from West Salem to here in Albany. And I have to say by far this one is my favorite store. The customer service level is outstand. The store as a cohesive unit with staff flows well. I have been in many times and have noticed that these employee really treat each customer with the same level of care and respect regardless of the account or what they are buying. There is one employee who I notice and she seems to go above and beyond this with helping her coworkers also and customers. I believe her name is Autumn. Thank you guys for the great service.”
