They were efficient & thorough. And they gushed over my kitty, which was fantastic! I was super impressed & will be sending more (we have 3) of my cats to get immunized. They were really great!

One star is generous. This place doesn't give two poops about your dog. My dogs hair is so patchy and uneven she looks like she came from a homeless camp. More importantly she came home and didn't act right for about two days. Her attitude was sullen like she was beaten or mistreated by the groomer. Never again at Petco.

Petco in Albany. Horrible customer service. The grooming department itself was completely rude. Multiple customers just walking out because the line was too long however workers just walking around acting busy. Complete joke!
