    The Albany gym is always clean and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am always greeted when I come in and the remember my name. Great place to be. Kyle the trainer is fantastic!!!

    I believe his name dean, but helped me out a lot as I just moved to Oregon and was very welcoming

    Great experience and workout. Well equipped, clean, gym with lots of equipment and space to workout. Staff was very welcoming!
