Tim was very friendly and helpful. Came in with a a broken external hard drive hoping he could recover what was on it. He diagnosed it was an issue with the case and told me exactly what I could buy on Amazon to fix it easily myself. He could’ve easily told me whatever he wanted and charged me a bunch but he was super cool about it. Happy to leave a review for Greta and honest customer service! Will be returning if any computer issues in the future.

Very awesome place. Our pc ended up having a corruption on it, Mike helped us and got it fixed and ready to be picked up the next day. Definitely would recommend to other gamers or computer users.

Mike is so knowledgeable, professional and honest. He is my go to for any computer issues for 5 years. His customer service is old school; you don't see that level much in anymore. To him the customer's concerns come first.

They took my computer the same day and Express shipped my touch screen. It even was don a day early, and was earlier than all the other computers.I would consider giving 4 stars purely for the smell of the shop, but since you're only in there for a bit it its tolerable.
