The Albany location has a significant hazard in their parking lot causing me to almost fall multiple times and then I actually did fall and was injured. I attempted to contact bottle drop several times to advise them of the hazard and could not get ahold of anyone. When I was able I to, I went to the location and spoke to someone claiming to be one of the managers and he was very rude about it. To top it off I also did not get credit for the bag of cans I dropped off on the day I was injured and had to make a claim for it.

They do get busy at times, but it's convenient place to go

They have a bin for everything. I reuse my grocery bags when I get them but they always become a huge pile and I finally found the place to take them and large metal objects too. I'm so happy.

This is a great place to recycle household recyclables. Not a garbage dump so clean the containers, etc.
