Have been with them for more than 5 years not one problem to report that they could not help me figure out. Even when out of state they still handled all my needs.

Terrible security, customer service only available during business hours. Will switch banks.

This bank is garbage. They won’t let you set up an external transfer for car payments until AFTER the payment is due. And then they charge you for credit card payments, which is the only other option they have. Don’t waste your time with red canoe. I unfortunately got stuck with them due to financing a new car. Can’t wait to get out.

I am newer member to this credit union and have not once experienced anything negative from Red Canoe, Not trying to discredit anyone's negative reviews. But people seem to be extremally over sensitive these days. I appreciate everyone that greets me and has a great attitude when I walk in the door. Happy member.

Absolutely terrible customer service EVERY time but that seems to be the attitude of red canoe. Poor customer service and horrible attitudes. Learn some communication skills!!! Management seems to not care and obviously corporate supports treating thier "valued account holders" like they are trash. Very much in the process of switching banks. If I could rate no stars, I most definitely would.

Red canoe has been ok, but they only have one location, so that is not very convenient. The last time that I tried to deposit checks into the ATM, the machine rebooted and kept the checks. And when I called to straighten out the matter, the employee told me that they no longer do shared banking which is a lie. I have an account with red canoe as well as another credit union. I was trying to deposit money into one account and checks into another. It's easier just to go to one bank. I guess it was my lucky day where the ATM decided to not work and when I called for help. The person began to blame me and tell me that I have to go through this long process of disputing the transaction through my other bank. I mean really? A local branch, can't just go out open up the ATM and pull out the checks? I. Just besides myself as if the world isn't hard enough and I don't have enough to do in my day now I get to have money with held and I have to spend hours, time, gas money to resolve something that is not my fault? This doesn't give me alot of trust in this bank to be able to handle basic problems when they come up. Seems like standard business protocol in America theses days to blame the customer when things go wrong so that they do not have to offer a decent service. It seems like this kind of thing happens alot in Oregon. Maybe people do not get paid enough to put in a slight bit of effort into their jobs, I suppose, but I guess showing up to work is good enough for most people. Good luck if you open an account here, hopefully nothing ever goes wrong Nevermind. They are horrible. Customer service has gone way downhill here. They didn't even call me back like they said they would and they are Ake zero responsibility for their machines .. employees here fo not seem to care and it sounds to me like they are taking meth breaks

From the moment I walked in the door the entire staff, especially Brendan and Tina were very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond with getting me a loan I was both comfortable and happy with! I would recommend that anyone looking for a bank that has personal service and people that care look no further than Red Canoe!

After struggling for months to find financing for my tiny home, Red Canoe was my savior! Their process was seamless, and their customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them!

This bank used to be Willamette Valley CU. Before then, they were Western Craft CU. My family joined because my relative worked at the paper mill, Western Craft. Long story short, my life was complicated as a teenager. I got married at 18... They were my bank. So welcoming, they knew my story. I left the bank after financial troubles stemming from the failed relationship. One of their tellers remembers the details of my tragic but unique story and I've heard this "weird" story from other people. One day I went to the bank with my relative who was still their long-time customer and heard it from that teller's lips. He was trying to make a joke. I told him, that was me. Dear in the headlights look. F this place. Small towns... Albany has grown soo much in the last 20 years.

This is the best bank you are going to find out there. Sure they are behind when it comes to tech but they make up for it in every other aspect. Their customer service is outstanding and they are so understanding when it comes to any problem you have and fix it right away. This is seriously an amazing credit union.

Just got off the phones with one of your reps. I’m a new account holder. I work in a call center as well and your call flow sucks. Both reps I spoke to interrupted me and rushed me off the phone. This one literally did what I asked and said ok bye then hung up. Unprofessional. Unwelcoming. Take some pointers from banks that know what real customer care is.
