So many times they forget or just don't fill the Rex. Today I waited from 9am to 6pm to get my meds thelat were called in yesterday then I just go in and wait then I'm told I need a doctor's preoth and it's Friday. This place is horrible and customer service lol they just stare at you with a blank

Had to call this pharmacy because corvallis doesn't have my medication in stock. I called 4 times before someone picked up the phone. Is this an ongoing issue with rite aid?

The pharmacy constantly has problems with my medication. I’ll call to refill and then pick it up like four hours after the designated time it’s supposed to be ready and when I don’t get texts saying it’s ready I go in only to find out they’re either out of the medicine and didn’t bother to reach out or just don’t have it ready. I’m sorry but your pharmacy seriously needs a refresher on how to do orders and learn to contact people if something is going wrong

I've been using Rite aid pharmacy for 20+yrs. They have always been faster than any other pharm. I do Haffta agree with some of the other ratings though. Albany has some rude staff.
I realize they are busy. But if you're gonna be in customer service you should be polite and obliging. I've experienced many/all the same experiences as previous reviewers. However they still beat Fred Meyer or Safeway as far as turnaround speed and you rarely see more than 3-4 people in line. As apposed to Fred's where you Haffta wait in line longer than you had to wait for them to fill it.
I hope 🙏 Rite aid is able to stay in business and continue to be fast and professional

We have used Rite aid as our pharmacy for over 20 years both in Lebanon and Albany. Great service; and if you watch sales especially seasonal; great prices.

Haven't been into a Rite Aid in a long time. Much hasn't changed and the prices are still over the top. The items we bought were full price and the sale prices didn't ring up like they should have. The lonely store employee was very friendly and had very good customer service skills.
