You will never find a better dealership than Roberson Albany Ford, the staff there are exceptional, I have had dealings with other dealerships, they don't come close to the services and attention their customers receive.

This shop demonstrated a high level of professionalism on some major work done on my 2019 Ford Expedition. I was happy with the outcome and the care and attention shown to me and my vehicle. I recommend anyone with a Ford in the Albany or Corvallis area give this service center a look.

Nate (Finance) and Manny (Sales) were great to work with and both made the experience quick while also making sure that they shared all the options and features of the vehicle and helped set it up for my wife. Also shoutout to Josh for guiding us on ordering as well as all the countless items in the background with the trade in. This is our 5th vehicle from Roberson Dealerships and we will make sure to return again!

I have had service done on my Ford flex multiple times at Roberson Ford Dealership of Albany, OR. The staff there has always been so friendly, helpful, and respectful. Steve LaPointe and Jeffrey Heilman in the services department have the highest standard of customer service and go above and beyond to make the process of having to have costly service work as painless as possible. They have both gone above and beyond for me with their service. On both the mechanical issues on my vehicle as well as working to help me resolve a reimbursement for factory recall service work done on my wife’s vehicle by a different mechanic. I will continue to take my business to Steve LaPointe and Jeffrey Heilman at Roberson Ford. You can’t put a price on peace of mind and that is what I get from getting my service from them.

I took my F350 there for a ac compressor because it had completely failed. Spent around $2000 to have it replaced and charged with OEM parts by Ford technicians. Within months ac didn’t work and they did a pressure test and recharged it. It had leaks somehow, within a few months it didn’t work again and they said there were no leaks and charged me $169 to charge it again, within a few months it didn’t work again and they took the truck for a week and pressure tested multiple times and said there is no leak and charged me again. Now it doesn’t work again. I am at the point where I’ve spent $2500 for ac and they clearly can’t finish it so I get to buy $50 cans of R-134 and ad them every other month. The other option is to take it to another shop and spend a lot of money to have them go through the entire system all over again.
I even had them print all my receipts and I highlighted the mileage in between services since I don’t drive the truck often it clearly showed low mileage between services but nobody cared.

I've had my car serviced at Robersons Albany ford since I purchased it there in 2016. Fast, friendly service and always through. I now live in Cottage Grove but still go to Robersons for service on my car. I love the new coffee bar in the waiting room.

Steve is awesome. He clearly communicates the process and keeps you posted with texts or phone calls. He clearly understands what it means to take care of a customer. My Mustang, and F350 are in good hands at Roberson.

Worked with Riley on getting my grandson a car. I live in a completely different state and he was very attentive and went out of his way to help me. Sent me a video of the car and response to any questions I had was immediate. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Riley again. Thanks!

Roberson Ford offers a pick up service for your vehicle. This is a great option and much appreciated. The work was completed timely and professionally on my vehicle. I will definitely will be using Roberson Ford agin in the future.

With several vehicles to take of I appreciate having Roberson Ford available. Their techs are equipped to work on other makes than Ford. Roberson's service writer Steve Lapointe has been taking care of us for many years, now. What I especially appreciate is that Steve communicates with clarity and transparency. We no longer worry being hit with unexpected charges because we're always treated fairly and taken care of in a timely manner.
