I have rented from a number of storage facilities and Safe Lock in Albany, has been the best one yet!! Amazing customer service and I appreciate the willingness to help me get what I needed in a time crunch! I appreciate the easy communication as well!!! Safe Lock Self Storage has been a great place to rent from. The unit I rent was clean and ready to go when I began my agreement with the facility. The grounds, of the facility, are always clean and free of debris.

After calling seven other storage units I was relieved to finally find an available unit at Safe Lock Self Storage. I was helped quickly and efficiently. They also have great gate hours. The gate is open until 10:00 pm versus other storage units that typically close their gate around 8:00 pm.

Great place awesome management and plenty of units an space I highly recommend this place to anyone right now when I get it they had a $1 for the first month rent I use this place myself and recommend those looking for a little hole in the wall storage place with good security and great management then this is the spot for you.

I called to try and take advantage of the 1 dollar special. I was told the person wasn't at the office, wasnt going to be there today, wasn't going to be there tomorrow because she lives all the way in Lebanon so she can't stay until 5 to have me look at the facility
