The pharmacy says my insurance is blocking my ability to get meds but talking to the insurance, the pharmacy never tried to check. They have the wrong amount of time needed for a refill and both my doctor and insurance are trying to tell them to fix it. No one will pick up at the pharmacy. I've tried to tell them to fix it but they just ignore me

All of my interactions with the regular staff have been positive. Unfortunately, I've had a few poor experiences with some of the pharmacy techs I don't see as often. One of them seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They were rude and dismissive. I had to make several phone calls to clear everything up afterwards. Again, the regular staff are great.

Always out of stock of mine and my daughter's medications. But I never find out untilI go to pick it up because they never tell you. Not even when I call in and physically speak to them (not automated system) to have it refilled. Worst pharmacy ever.

Terrible! Every time I come here I end up waiting for a long time the line is crazy long, but there is no sense of urgency among the pharmacy workers. They are unreasonably slow! On the plus side they are friendly and pleasant. Don’t come here if you value your time

I’ve been using this pharmacy for exactly a year now, and it has been my best pharmacy experience to date. The staff at the Safeway pharmacy have been super personable and have gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My first such experience was when they learned that I had two last names in their system, and they changed it so I’d only have to hear my maiden name. The second time was yesterday, when I learned that my same day delivery order for my scripts had not gone through, and I was physically unable to drive. Nikki brought my medications to me herself after the pharmacy was closed. I was absolutely stunned with this level of service. Thank you for caring about your patients as human beings, Safeway Pharmacy.

Lines are way too long. Last year, my son experienced respiratory failure. We needed to get him a maintenance inhaler. I called it in and every time they said it would be ready, it wasn't. This happened for 2 weeks. I finally.got frustrated and hung up on one of the pharmacists due to the fact once again the prescription wasn't ready or even sent in to be filled. I call a couple days later to be told that the prescription had been canceled. I had to call my sons Pediatrician to get another prescription. This time we had it sent to Fred Meyer. Avoid this place if you can

I'm a generally laid back person, but every time I have to come to this pharmacy, I end up feeling furious. I'm just going to leave it at that, otherwise this will end up being a whole books worth of reasons they're awful.

Completely understaffed. Waited 20 minutes in a line of 10+ people on a Monday mid-afternoon and the line didn't move once. They've had months to adjust to taking on Medicap's customers and wait times are still abysmal. About to just try the hospital pharmacy since CVS & Walgreens are worse.

Been without my meds for a week and a half due to dr and pharmacy issues. I got a text tonight saying my perscription was ready for pickup. I hurried to the pharmacy to find doors were closed no notices posted outside as to why they were closed. 8 other people were standing out front confused as to what was going on. We could see people working behind the closed doors and they just ignored us. I tried to call along with several others and no one would answer the calls. I finally went to the front of the store and asked a safeway employee who informed me that the pharmacist didn't show up so they couldn't open. Why on earth could they not have posted something out front or open the door and let the line of people out front know what was going on. Or answer the damn phone. Time to find a new pharmacy.
