I’ve been here several times over the last 5 years for testing for work. And they are ALWAYS short staffed and very slow. The building smells terrible. And often the staff are rude. Waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes seems like the norm. Don’t plan on getting things done efficiently.

I went in for a drug test for my upcoming radiology program. The staff was friendly and professional. I did not wait long, maybe 10 minutes before I was called back.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Really exceptional. At a poorly managed McDonalds I might expect a teenager with a bad attitude to blame the person ordering for their own mistakes, but I would expect slightly better from an adult at a health care clinic. Not so. Very similar feel.
