My wife and I can not thank Rachel enough for all of her assistance. Not only did she go above and beyond to meet our needs, she truly made me feel like a human being and not just a number. What could have easily taken probably 20 minutes for efficiency's sake ended up going on for hours because she listened with compassion and with the intent on giving solid advice and replies. I have always enjoyed banking with SELCO and Rachel has solidified that for me.

Always takes at least half and to get a representative on the phone. Selco has wasted hours of my life on hold. Hire more people to take calls. Absolutely ridiculous.

Maps Credit Union is my bank & Selco is sistered to it so I'm able to deposit & do withdrawals there .

Predatory fee driven organization. Charged us $200 for paper statements. The only notice on their website I could find showed we had paper statements turned off; there was no easy, straight forward way to find a way to turn paper statements off. They seem invested in putting their member first to receive fees
