150 DOLLARS for a screen replacement on a Galaxy A16 IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. For a 30 minute job these guys are making 300 an hour?? Complete rip off. Do not recommend AT ALL

They replaced the screen on my phone October 22. Service was even faster than predicted, and it was already finished when I returned early. I was taken aback by the fee being charged by credit card companies now, so they lowered the cost and absorbed the fee, essentially taking a loss. I thanked him and said I would be checking in here to rate their service once the warranty period ended. He reassured me that they stand by their work even after. My grandkids were right: they are the BEST!

When my phone died as I was getting ready to head out of state, the two guys at Spinware were kind, honest and very helpful. They fixed the phone that morning, saving me from having to buy a new one on the fly. Great young men and an asset to this store!
