Great, friendly, knowledgeable service at Albany Spinware. Simon, Roman, and Sarah were all very helpful. I was an admittedly pain in the neck customer; I changed my mind after buying a
refurbished phone just because I liked my old one better. They happily refunded me. They replaced the batteries in our two older phones and they work great and probably will for a couple more years.

I was pretty hesitant at first reading the reviews, but they were knowledgeable and disclosed everything (READ THE CONTRACT) and helped me out super fast. I was in and out in 30 mins with my problem fixed.
I had issues with my S22 Ultra and he helped connect it with common problems with the charging port. After he fixed it I get even better signal than before (still isn't much here out in the country, but man is it an upgrade lol).

The new owner is great and knows alot and there team is super friendly you got a broken phone or laptop they can fix it most go place to fix a phone and the prices are great cheaper then the other guys.

Don't bother wasting your money here! I purchased a new screen protector and case while visiting family and within 3 days my screen protector bubbled up and cracked.. They refuse to replace it even though it's within the warranty time. I could've gotten a three pack on Amazon for cheaper! 10/10 will NEVER do business with Spinware again.

My husband went in to get a new case for my phone and screen protectors for both of our phones. The employees were welcoming and very helpful. They did a fantastic job applying our screen protectors and over all we had a really nice time. Great place to go for phone needs.

Simion was so kind and helped my wife and I find a phone. He was very open about prices and carriers and facts about the phone. Walked into location, thinking I was gonna spend hundreds of dollars to fix a camera lens crack. Walked out only paying about $50. But my phone is like brand new and I will not have to replace it for a long time. Thank you so much to the spin Ware crew for quickly fixing my phone.
