Went in with 4 children under the age of ten for school supplies. Spent about 5 minutes walking around lost before a very kind associate swooped in to rescue me and lead me around the store. Within ten minutes we had filled our lists! THEN! They carried the entire box of copy paper I had to buy to my car for me while I herded children through the parking lot. I also got all the supplies for four kids for under $150.The staff was the best part. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

It says that there is curbside pickup for this location as well as a kinda curt lady when I called that quickly said yes you can pick up then hung up when I called to ask about curb side. Since I specifically checked for curbside I figured that was what she was answering. Theh do not have curbside. I just had knee surgery and had placed an order for my kids school supplies and can't really get in and out of a car easily to go in which is why I needed curbside. Had to make a 2nd trip in so my husband could run in and pick it up the next day. We live pretty far out and don't need to shop here often but just which the info was accurate

I had a banner created here. I was a bit complicated because I requested the banner to be cut in 3 sections to essentially make 3 banners. Not only was April accommodating, but she was an extremely nice and bubbly person to work with. I will only order prints and any custom orders at this staples because of the amazing experience I had with this employee. Thank you so much for the exceptional service!!

Extremely helpful people in the printing section. Apparently the template that I uploaded from Etsy was wonky and they fixed it up for me! So we had really good invitations for my son's first birthday!

Lori needs an attitude adjustment. I've NEVER had an issue here at Staples, in fact there is one gentleman who is BEYOND helpful everytime. Today was a different experience and I was having problems making copies of documents. Lori offered to help, which I thought was great until she asked how many pages of this document I needed. When I said all of them ( approx. 20 pages) her entire attitude changed and as other employees walked past her she would communicate QUITE loudly " I have to make copies of ALL of these!" Keep in mind, this was the second time I had to come back in as the first time the scanner didn't send me the scanned images I had paid for them the previous day and they never came through. This was explained to her. I have never had an experience like this at this Staples, and quite frankly if it weren't for the other helpful associates there, I would take my business elsewhere. It would do this business well to provide herwith more customer assistance training to ensure other customers are not treated with her rude attitude in the future.

The lady in the printing center was beyond rude and just kept handing me the printing card which I already had and tried! She refused to listen to what I needed help with and kept shoving the card at me. Didn’t get what I needed printed and she ruined staples for me. I’ll drive else where. Never have been in to this store without a negative experience :/

There was an employee at the register today giving all kinds of compliments. "I love your shoes!" "I like your shirt!" I just want him to know I really appreciate his positivity.

I'm not sure if he was the manager or the assistant manager but this man went Way out of his way to help me get a gaming chair for my son who is home on leave from the Marine core even going so far as to carry it out to my car. Thank you so much you made my Christmas!!

Terrible store with a bad habit of advertising products they don't have. I have gone into the Albany, Oregon location more times than I can count, ready to buy and every single thing I want to buy is not available.
