I'm an old man that don't know anything about computers and I needed to have mine fixed and when I walked in they share the exactly what I needed told me what to do when to do it and they weren't even 10 years old haha but when I got it back it works perfect and an excellent condition thank you

I'm very appreciative of this Staples' printing department. I messed up and uploaded a flyer that didn't have the best resolution/quality, but looked alright on the screen (both mine and theirs). They tried printing it with various settings and they just didn't think the copies were high quality. They called us and let us know what sections were fuzzy/not working on the print, so I could try and fix it (this time with much better success). Serves me right for trying to rush the job the first go around and forgetting how interpolation works, but I truly appreciate them letting us know before we got there to pick them up. Thank you, Cathy (I think that was your name?), for getting a hold of us before we came to pick it up so that I could try to improve the file quality. I appreciate the time you took trying to make it work and then giving us the option to send a better upload. Saved my butt at work for not having lame flyers now.

Hours are wrong. They do not update their hours. Four different cars came and left at 9:20 am on Sat. Waste of time for us all. FYI they do not open until 10 am on Sat here in Albany Oregon

Like most retail stores like them, their prices are higher than Amazon. But I’ve been in several times and been super impressed by the service here. They always have enough workers to help and they’re knowledgeable and efficient staff!

Amazon offered a coupon if you returned their items at staples. This is incorrect. I went out of my way to return there for this reason.

The employees weren't knowledgeable about the products, which weren't zoned correctly. It was an uncomfortable experience. Fortunately, I found exactly what I needed with some excellent help at the Target nearby.
