I am a long time renter at this facility and I am continuously impressed with their reasonable prices, and very clean facility, but most of all their exceptional professionalism in running this place.
I would recommend all friends and family to store their items at this facility.

I rented from here for 2 years and had nothing but a great experience. Closing my unit as its no longer needed, but I highly recommend this locations.
Clean, affordable, and easy but secure access. I never felt like safety or security was an issue here, nor did I ever see evidence of pests.
Excellent customer service. The caretakers, Rodney and Bridgette, are extremely nice people and always willing to go the extra mile.

I’ve been with Storage Depot for about two years, due to recent life events, I’ve had to downgrade significantly. I ran into issues being able to pay my storage unit because I only had cash in hand. I went to Ferry St location and they we unable to take my cash payment for Brownsville and told me to go to Davidson location. As soon as I got to that location, I was informed by Brigette that Brownsville location is exclusively ACH payments. As I stand there with cash in hand I start tearing up because my bank is thirty miles away and I needed to pay it that day! She saw my turmoil and kicked into “problem solving mode” IMMEDIATELY. She not only got me into a smaller unit at my current facility, but she advised me as long as I was out of the old unit by the 10th, it’d be prorated and I’d not be charged the full month. She was willing to work with me and meet my needs. I believe she went above and beyond what most in her position would do. Well beyond her job description. She thought “outside of the box” and provided calm and compassion to a customer that she really didn’t have to! I am so impressed with Brigette and unfortunately for her, she’s who I want to deal with only from her on out! Not that anyone else was unpleasant but just because she was so fantastic! An “angel in the outfield” if you will. I highly recommend Storage Depot as stated, I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve never had questions or issues about security, cleanliness, etc. just a great place all around! Competitive pricing too!

Best place to store your stuff for a good price. Have indoor and outdoor units as well as first floor and a second floor in one building.

My daughter has used this storage unit for years and it has been secure, convenient, reasonably priced, and there were no complaints about the staff. Today, 11/30/2021, I called to inquire about a unit for us, and stated that my husband was right here, which I now assume the person did not hear. I started to give her contact information and stated that we would make it under my husband. She stopped me to explain that I could not make a reservation in my husband's name, I interrupted and said again that "my husband is right here" and, " I am handing him the phone". At that point she stated "I am passing on this rental, have a great day." Later, my husband inquired by phone at the location on Ferry Street. They had a different number, and we thought it must be a separate business. Part way into his conversation the person answering stated "did your wife just call me?" When he said possibly, she stated "I am declining this rental. Your wife threw me attitude and shade and I get enough abuse as it is. Have a nice day and good luck." So if you want to rent at this otherwise acceptable facility, be very careful not to offend the person at the desk. She will freely interrupt her potential customers to explain their policies, but she does not take kindly to being interrupted herself and interprets it as aggressive, insulting and abusive, and may deny service.

I called this storage Unit spoke with one Noah, he told me there was no unit available until next week yet my husband who is a white man called him he gave him a unit for next day. This is just discrimination. I hear about discrimination but i nevrr knew this is real .
