They gave us bed bugs and refused to refund us for our stay. Rude employees only reason we got alittle bit of money back is because we called corporate. They found the bed bugs within 3 minutes of searching and acted like it was no big deal. I’ve been out of the room for 3 days and still trying to get rid of them it’s absolutely disgusting and unsafe. Not to mention we had pets so they required “full service cleaning” daily but when I watched them all they did was mop the floor with nasty water didn’t change my bedding at all and would give us towels with stains on them it was just disgusting and unprofessional.

I stayed at this Motel 6 recently and wanted to share my honest experience. Overall, the stay was much better than what some online reviews led me to expect.
First, the positives: Amazing
Lovely, friendly staff who were easy to talk to.
Clean, spacious room with climate control that worked great.
Room felt well‑kept and comfortable, and everything inside was in good working order.
A few things could be improved:
Parking is a bit tight for some cars like mine, especially when the lot is busy.
Outside lighting could use some work; it felt a little dim in certain areas.
One important note: from a Booking.com standpoint, what is shown or described on the booking site did not fully match my experience. In my opinion, it is better to call the property directly to confirm details instead of relying only on booking sites.
Also, I was uncomfortable with being asked detailed questions about who I was with and personal details that felt unnecessary. If a reservation is made for two people, that should be enough without asking about relationship or “hookup” details should be not there business for that i took off one star will use again a few month . I'm hoping to change their rate to a 5 then , if they keep up And improvement this would be a Amazing for the owners and travelers and sometime you just need to get away no need to know some one business

Way better than MOTEL 6 IN SPRINGFIELD! ROOMS LOOKED AND SMELLED CLEAN! Worth the drive to get away from drug infested springfield!!!

If I could give zero stars I would due to the other guest staying and being extremely blatant tweekers . They didn't care how loud they were or what they did . Completely ridiculous. I didn't get a room to be kept awake all night by nonsense .

The room was very clean. After a very long drive, we met the wonderful Britney, who was working the desk. That girl was so kind, very helpful, and a joy to talk to. I highly recommend this location for whatever needs you may have.

Lovely staff, clean, spacious, climate control works amazing, nice clean oder... What's best? Very AFFORDABLE!!! Within walking distance of tons of great restaurants and markets. I'm very happy thus far.

Front desk staff in evening are great. We enjoyed engaging with them. Rooms are rough. Worn. Loud. Everything seemed to work as it should...it's just very old. We had two rooms and they both smelled bad - wet dog, mildew.
Biggest complaint is key card locks did not work throughout entire hotel. If we wished to leave the room we had to go to the front desk and be escorted back to our rooms with staff to unlock them.
I would not return unless it was an emergency staff and only place available.

I stayed last night October 9th and my son and I had a long day to get to our hotel and there was hair and fecal stains on our sheets. And yellow stains on our lamp shades. When I told the front desk about the problem she instructed me to put the fecal covered sheets, blankets and pillows cases in a bag and bring them down to the laundry room. So for $78 dollars I got to clean and make my own bed at 9 pm. On top of not being able to get a hotel key which was very inconvenient. I showed everything to the night girl. I requested my money back for the night stayed and was denied. Did We will not be back.

Swing shift and Graveyard staff are very sweet and helpful/ understanding. However morning shift and management needs some work.
Not only was I harassed of policies two days into my stay, after being told something different, but management also was trying to argue Service animal laws. Stating you can’t have a service animal for PTSD, Depression or anxiety which in fact you can and if this animal is tasked trained, and/or going through training and in the process of getting proper documentation, then it is indeed a service dog. I had a service dog for 11 years. She was task trained to do deep pressure therapy, bring me out of panic/ptsd attacks, bring me my meds, as well as the basic obedience a service dog should have. My current dog is in training. It is a process. Either way, management should really look into ADA and service animal laws again. Dealing with this sort of stuff makes it harder for legit service dog handlers to go anywhere or do anything because of the uneducated. I also tried explaining myself but was talked over multiple times so I decided it wasn’t worth the energy to talk about.
Otherwise the rooms are kept clean, and it’s not too bad for the price. I have no other complaints.

30 minutes to check in because you prioritized the walk-in who's card was rejected and only have 1 computer upfront to check in, and you forgot to assign my room to the key card. The furniture is banged up to hell and back, door knob missing from the bathroom, and the microwave makes the surge protector trip. The one chair in the room is made of plastic and takes me back to grade school. This place is so seedy it has to be intentional.

The location is good right at major freeways..the last room I was in the bed was broken..the room smelled of drugs..2 of hotel mangers needs to do better with customers both very rude .. their pet policy is absolutely ridiculous.. if you had a family pet with you that's in your pet for close to 15 years never been outside never been around traffic and loud noises.. they should honor that they should honor the esa standards but they don't... And they also have regular customers there that harass the guest...spend your $ elsewhere ..

No tub, Just Shower, No shower curtain
I have been to other Studio 6 and they have been great. How this place became a studio 6 from a motel 6 I do not Understand. The ice machine not working. The bed lumpy. This place is a old rundown motel 6 needs new owners.
