There always seems to be an issue with the check out lines. People form a single line supposedly for all lanes which isn't true, according to Corporate and the Target supervisors. I was approached by a Target associate named "Marsha" that I am required to stand in one line which leads to the return lane. She told me people can get in front of me, and I was welcome to stand where I was which is self checkout. How nice of her to approach me and blatantly disrespectfully tell me I was welcome to file a complaint with her supervisor. Gross. I'm getting very tired of this store. I filed another complaint with the store, and corporate. Get everybody on the same page please. All lanes are available for people to use. Not form a single line for all lanes. That was only during Covid!

Security then secret shopper security following me the second I got in the door all the way until I left tonight was pretty hilarious. It was 100% based on my looks because I stopped in and looked at the things right in the front and already security was up my butt. I didn't even touch anything except a hand basket. They were all also bad at their jobs. Literally following me so close, so subtle behavior. I'm surprised they didn't check my pockets on the way out! Hahaha This target isn't as dirty/barren as other reviews would make you believe though. It's actually pretty nice. Just don't look alternative at all unless you want to be followed around. They clearly don't actually know how to profile haha

Target is a good place to shop for clothes, beauty products, and other miscellaneous items. I long lines. Salespeople are friendly.

WTF. This store is an embarrassment to the community and the Target brand. How is this possible? Target is supposed to be a fun and happy experience, not depressing and sad. Shopping here is actually borderline scary! The people that shop here deserve better. Please Target, do better and give this store a makeover!

Mat in the toy department was super helpful. Went above and beyond to provide a positive experience for a customer on the hunt. Thanks again.

This has to be the worst target store I've ever visited and as a mom to 3 that says a lot. The staff members are generally rude, unhelpful, and snarky. I think this will be my last time ever giving them my business.

This store has poor inventory and bad customer service. Along with the customer service Dept. on a power trip. After showing the associate a a screen shot of my order she's like, " Well said it was processing". No it was a screen shot of my order. 1 item in my order for pick up and the store had just opened with no one in line. Uh, um not sure, shes like I can't find your order it's still processing. Really? One item in my order and you can't go get it . No you can come back later, yeah right! Ill drive all the way back and use my gas money haha, right. Normally I wouldn't go to this Target, but it only had that 1 item in stock rather than my usual target. 2 weeks ago and the shelves are still bare and not stocked. Pathetic! Hard to find intelligent help these days

It's normally great, but the last time I was there (less than a week ago) there were signs saying customers can't try on clothes. Understandable. However, there were no signs in the shoe section about trying on shoes, so I walked over and went to try on a pair. Well another lady who was trying on a pair of shoes was treated so rudely I was actually mad. She seemed very nice and was just trying on a pair of sandals, because there were NO SIGNS SAYING OTHER WISE. As she was trying the pair on an employee yelled at her saying "YOU CANT TRY THOSE ON" in a very snarky and rude way. It was completely unneeded and could have totally been avoided by the employee going up to the lady and saying "I'm sorry ma'am but you actually can't try those on due to covid. I'm sorry." But instead she was yelled at and had the shoes basically ripped out of her hands because she wasn't buying them....Because they didn't fit... which is why she tried them on. I understand taking covid seriously, however being rude to your costumers and making a scene is not how you should go about doing so.

Liars!!! Liars!! In the electronics department!! First the guy said they didnt have any of a particular pop over the phone. Then he said there are 3. He also said they cant hold one till I get there. This j*** told me after I drove there that the pop is special and I could only buy one due to popularity. He had the 3 he said, behind the counter, but then I found 3 more on the shelves so I took a 2nd one. There are no signs anywhere saying this toy is 1 per customer!! It didnt say it online either. I can buy 10 of any toy in there or any other pop in there and they wouldnt say anything. I think this j*** is holding those pops for himself or his friends. Guess I will just have other people grab the rest for me.. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Make sure you have extra time to wait in line to checkout. I stood in line for 10 minutes and honestly gave up. I walked out leaving a cart full and will not return to this store. Poor management seems to be the issue here.

Kicked my disabled friend out of the family dressing room who struggles moving around in smaller places because an impatient mother couldn't wait 5 minutes for her to be done trying things on. After all the fuss the mom was only in there for 2 minutes. Usually have no issues here, but it was just one bad experience.

This feedback is primarily for the CVS pharmacy. Target was always our pharmacy of choice, but we have had nothing but issues since CVS took over. Mid-Valley Children's Clinic was AMAZING in that they gave us an after hours appointment July 3rd as all three of our kids were sick. They confirmed all 3 have pink eye, plus our infant has an ear infection on top of that. As the CVS pharmacy closed at 8 we waited until the next day to come in. CVS did not have the medicine we needed in stock. Now, that would only be a minor inconvenience if the issues stopped there, as I do realize we do not have the only sick children in this area. Mid-Valley did some legwork and determined that Wall-greens had what we needed so my wife requested CVS transfer all three prescriptions over there. It made sense as Wall-greens has a drive-thu pharmacy so she would not have to go in another store with 3 sick kids under 5 in tow. Wall-greens drive-thru ended up being closed, so my wife asked if I could pic up the meds by leaving work early. Now 4 hours later, I left early and arrived at Wall-greens. CVS never transferred the prescription! I called immediately and was on hold for 30 min before hanging up. While on hold, the Wall-greens pharmacist actually called the main Target store line, and reached the Service Desk. They hung up on him. After I disconnected from the endless hold on the pharmacy line, I called the main Target line myself. I pleaded with the team member that answered not to hang up or transfer me, that I just needed to know if the pharmacy was still open so we could get the transfer resolved. They let me know that it was closed... Not only does the website say they are open today until 8:00 pm, but the automated phone message does as well with NO indication of altered times for holiday. Plus the hold line for the pharmacy was not set to let callers know they were closed! There is a catastrophic failure of poor communication that transpired with CVS/Target today, and it has resulted in 3 little children not getting the medicine they need so they will spend another night in misery. Beyond frustrating.

Absolutly worst Customer Service..... if i could give no stars I would. Richard, cashier can't make a simple decision about holding sometging at Customer Service Desk and then a female supervisor did the same. I said if its TOO much to ask then fine and she said if its stolen its not OUR responsibility. Wull not be shopping here anytime soon. Get your act togethet and provide some Customer Service.
